angle BCF=angle ACD (property of equil. Δ)
angle BCA+angle ACF=angle ACF+angle FCD
angle BCA=angle FCD
ΔABC is congruent to ΔDFC. (SAS)

AB=DF (corr. sides, congruent Δs)
DF=EF (property of equil. Δ)
AB=EF
