我知道果D 係 noun ,

但係我想知點解果句句子可以忽略左個"that" ?

有d that係可以hide，
叫hidden “that”。
例如好似你舉嗰個例子，
跟realize，
跟say（said）、know...

就好似hidden “should”咁，
跟suggest、跟suggestion....嗰d should can be hidden。

e.g. I have a suggestion (that) we (should) call the police.
以上的（that）同埋（should）寫唔寫都得。
