Answer is D. When the supply is perfectly elastic( horizontal supply curve) , no matter what the movement of demand curve is, the price of a good is still the same.

Ans A is wrong as demand for HD TV will further increase, and price will continue to rise rather than remain unchanged
Ans B is wrong as the supply will increase due to the lower cost of production(subsidy provided by the government).however, the increase in supply is uncertain, the increase in demand may be greater than that in supply, the price will still continue to rise.
Ans C is wrong as the increase in demand will cause the rise in price,whatever price elasticity of demand is.
Ans D is CORRECT. Since the price is fixed by the supply, the increase in demand has no effect on price.
