Not included in the exports in the expenditure approach but maybe included if production approach depending whether the good is produced by a third-party or not. Part of the value maybe included in GDP.

Yes
The value of all production of resident producing unites has to counted in GDP
However, since the government lacks information about these activities, the government can only estimate the values of some of them. As a result, GDP may not fully reflect our economic welfare.
BUT IT IS STILL COUNTED

走私貨又點會比政府計到呢？
