monsoon is the wind blowing from high pressure to low pressure
for example, during winter, the land has a lower temp and higher pressure than the sea. then wind will blow from the land to the sea which is dry and cool.
then i wonder are there any wet winter monsoon,
if yes , it would be gd for you to give example

以我所知,monsoon應該係無wet winter monsoon既
如你所言
冬天時陸地低溫高壓,海洋高溫(比較)低壓
因此只會陸地吹去海洋
而陸地吹過去既風係dry wind
