econ opportunity cost help?

Tom is having a meal.set A is hamburger+ice-cream and set B is hamburger only. Assume he can only select one set of meal .What is the opportunity cost of selecting of set A?Explain your answer.

value of choice A doesn't affect the cost of choosing choice A
only the highest valued option forgone is the cost

there are only two choices,
the cost of choosing set A is the value of set B
the cost of choosing set B is the value of set A

dont mislead by the term "hamburger"
