Q. 40同Q. 41 updated, 加左in-syl 做法。

"out-C" formula 係指formula for calculating shortest distance between a point and a straight line. 呢個formula 在過去的Amaths中有教，而家out-C. 有D情況下用呢個快好多，例如2018 Paper I Q. 19 , 同埋如果好像2020 Paper 2 Q. 41 呢D題型，如果straight line equation 改為4x+3y+c=0 之類，用書本方法會煩好多
